  1. OK - mit Verbesserungspotenzial

    Grosszügiges Chalet für eine Familie, grundsätzlich gute Ausstattung. Sauberkeit mangelhaft, Ausstattung teilweise alt (z.B. Sofas) und nicht sehr gepflegt aber genügend. Standort erfordert morgentliche Autofahrt zur Gondelbahn, nicht zu Fuss erreichbar! Bei viel Schnee, Zufahrt etwas prekär.

  4. Toller Urlaub

    Super Chalet mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und alles wie beschrieben. Jede Menge Gesellschaftsspiele, Bücher und Musik-CDs waren vorhanden und auch in der Küche alles da. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner konnten wir benutzen. Die Lage ist etwas schwierig (20min von der Bahn bergauf). Mit Koffer und ohne Auto mühselig zu erreichen, auch da der beste Weg (ohne Schotterweg) nicht so einfach zu finden ist. Trotzdem super Ausblick vom Balkon und Privatsphäre. Viele Blumen und Natur direkt vorm Haus. Mit Hund war das auch gar kein Problem. Kommunikation von der Vermietung war 1A. Wegen Renovierung wurden wir umgebucht, war aber sehr professionell und einfach.

    Lovely place to stay and great views from balcony. Unfortunately there were numerous issues including lack of extra pillows(1 only each), lower level door locked off meaning up and down stairs to get to terrace, had to strip beds to avoid extra cleaning charges, despite near £200 cleaning charge added to costs, requirement to get rid of garbage bags at communal waste bins 200m down the road, otherwise another charge and the need to have to clean everything otherwise charges added. Communication from agent acting on behalf of host was non existent on arrival and towards end of stay when queries raised, offer was made to attend property, but agent changed time twice messing up our evening to which we eventually said not to bother.

    Excellent chalet with big rooms, lots of space and great views. Has everything you need including parking right outside the door. Easy and friendly check in/out and communication. Just be aware of the additional costs for linen, taxes, etc - its in the house rules document but is not so obvious when booking

Wir hatten Ihr mitgeteilt,dass die Kaffeemaschine defekt ist und am nächsten Tag hatten wir eine neue. Grosszügig fanden wir dass das Holz im Preis inbegriffen war. Das Chalet empfehlen wir gerne weiter.
