The apartmentcomplex Konkordia is situated in the Art Furrer Resort, which lies in the well-known holiday destination the Riederalp, part of the beautiful UNESCO world heritage site. The largest glacier of the Alps, the Aletsch Glacier, can be found just over the mountain ridge behind the resort and can be admired from the panoramic skiing and hiking routes. Awarded for its family-friendliness, the Aletsch Arena is the perfect destination to enjoy with family and friends... All year round!

The Aletsch Arena can only be reached by the cable lift, which means that you park your car in the valley. The Riederalp is one of the several car-free holiday resorts in Switzerland. Plan your holiday in this unique area and enjoy an unprecedented experience of fresh air on quiet hiking routes and thrilling ski slopes.

The family apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the apartmentcomplex. The kitchen, bedrooms, the bathroom and the living area are all connected by a hallway. Entering the living area, a beautiful view over the golf course and the Alps surrounding the Riederalp immediately strikes the eye. Because of its southern exposure, the living area and balcony is sun-blasted throughout the day.

The Resort is well known on the Riederalp and because of its A-location. You will have direct access to the main cableway of the Riederalp and the gletscherlifts of the Moosfluh and Hohfluh (ski-in/ski-out). The ski school lies in the direct area of the resort. In summer you can enjoy the tranquility of a first-row view over 6 of the 9 holes of Golfclub Riederalp, one of the highest golf courses of Europe. For the Golffanatic: you can pick up your own golfbag and practice your swing on the Pitching Centre within a 1 minute walk. In the winter, the golf course is transformed to a Langlauf route.

In short, the Aletsch Arena is a wonderful place to be. No cars, no stress, untouched nature and a infinite possibilities for wintersport, hiking and mountain biking. Zermatt is only a 1 hour drive from the valley car-park, whereas Lugano and Geneva can be reached in just over 2 hours.

Die Wohnung Konkordia 7 ist in tadellosem Zustand und top eingerichtet. Es hat sogar eine Waschmaschine und Tumbler im Badezimmer. Sehr praktisch für einen längeren Aufenthalt! Schöne Sicht auf das Bergpanorama und sonnige Lage. Leider hat es keine Bodenheizung. Im Winter unbedingt Hausschuhe mitnehmen. Die Wohnung können wir weiterempfehlen.

Wie immer hatten wir eine sehr schöne Woche. Ablauf mit Leisure Rentals klappt perfekt! Einfach schade, dass kein Zutritt zu Hallenbad/Sauna im Valaisia mehr möglich ist. Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal! Familie Faes Meir

We stayed in this apartment during the Christmas holidays and it was fantastic. The apartment has a magnificent view on Riederalp and is oriented at the sunny site. The apartment is practical organised, very good equipped with all required tools for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You are close the ski lift and doesn't have to walk to the lift (you can ski downwards the lift and you can also return by skiing).

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und praktisch eingerichtet. Sie bietet alles, was man braucht, sogar Waschturm im Badezimmer. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet mit Geschirr. Das Highlight dieser Wohnung ist jedoch die Aussicht! Ein wunderschönes Panorama mit der ganzen Bergkette und dem tiefverschneiten Golfplatz im Vordergrund. Der Grund, warum es keine 5 Sterne gibt ist einfach, dass die Wohnung keine Luxuswohnung ist, jedoch alles bietet, was man in den Ferien braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
