  2. Umfangreich ausgestattet, große Terrasse, tolle Lage

    Schöne Wohnung mit Parkplatz und großer Terrasse inkl Grill. Umfangreich ausgestattet & es fehlt an nichts. Lage perfekt - Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants in 5 Gehminuten, Lift auch nicht weit, schöner Blick. Nette Kommunikation.

    We had a great time at Chalet Castellani. It is a well situated, well furnished and good sized apartment. Britta was also very welcoming.

    Leider sind sehr viele kleine Sachen, welche in dieser Wohnung nicht stimmen; Schimmel in der Dusche, Duschkabine defekt, Haarföhn fehlte, Kleiderkasten mit privaten Sachen gefüllt, Backblech und teils Geschirr noch schmutzig, abgelaufene Gewürze/Öl, im ganzen Haus noch Spinnweben, Aussenbereich alles andere als gemütlich, Lampe über Esstisch die nicht funktioniert, Küchenuhr die auch nicht geht, Küchentücherhalter hing runter, etc… Zuständige Person der Agentur war jedoch super! Sehr unkompliziert und war immer gleich zur Stelle. Danke dafür! Der Eigentümer sollte jedoch in dieser Wohnung dringend etwas machen…

  5. Appartement dans chalet Castellani

    Bonne communication pour la réservation. Appartement conforme à la description, confortable et bien équipé. Malheureusement, pas de sac poubelle orange à disposition à notre arrivée. Malgré notre signalement par mail et par message whatsapp, nous n'avons pas eu de réponse. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de chaînes suisses et françaises disponibles sur la télévision. Manque de réactivité dans la communication lors du départ. Une personne responsable à qui j'ai envoyé un message whatsapp le samedi pour annoncer notre départ ne savait pas dans quel chalet nous étions. Par ailleurs, elle nous demandait de ramener la clé au bureau là où nous étions - selon elle - allés la chercher lors de notre arrivée. Or, lors de notre arrivée, la clé était posée sur la table. Accueil impersonnel, nous n'avons vu personne de l'agence.
