The apartment is situated on the first floor of the building, with the entrance located conveniently at the top of the stairs on the east side. There are two bedrooms — one with a bunk bed and single bed, ideal for children, and another with a double bed and direct access to the balcony. The bathroom includes a shower, WC, and sink.
